Nuts: 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans
Seeds: 1-2 teaspoons ground flax seeds or chia seeds
Milk: 1/4 – 1/2 cup non-fat or low-fat milk, almond milk, soy milk, or rice milk
