Red Russian Kale
olive oil
salt, garlic powder or onion powder
Wash kale and cut off stems. Place on a foil covered baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt or seasoning.
Bake at 300 degrees for 9 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes.
