The field of Positive Psychology, otherwise known as the study of happiness, is relatively new compared to the study of depression and anxiety.  Studies show that we can change our thinking and the way our brain processes information.  It all starts with developing an awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and a desire to become happier.
